Pico de Gallo

(this is a really fresh salsa)
4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded & finely chopped
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. cilantro leaves, chopped (or more to taste!)
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & finely chopped
1 Tbsp lime juice
salt
Combine all ingredients; cover & refrigerate for at least an hour.
