Easy Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (the kind you need to cook)
1 pkg. tapioca pudding
1 small pkg. Jell-O
3 Cups water
Canned fruit
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Combine puddings, Jell-O, and water

Bring to a boil
--cook according to tapioca directions
--or bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes

Remove from heat and chill for 3 hours

Drain fruit

Once mixture has chilled stir in Cool Whip

Mix well

Add fruit

Variations:
*Use orange Jell-O & 2 cans mandarin oranges
2-3 cans pineapple (chunks, tidbits or crushed)

*Use raspberry Jell-O & thawed raspberries and pineapple
